Big Green is an all-purpose curry—perfect to eat every day with just about anything. They used long green and Thai chilis, lemongrass, kaffir lime peels, galangal, turmeric, and an earthy mix of spices to create a green curry that is rich in flavor, has good heat, and is most importantly, not too sweet. Two curry blocks per box. Each block serves two. Spice level: Medium Hot.
