Craighill x Lichen Cloud Planter

We partnered with Craighill to design an everyday item that speaks to both of our design ethoses and sensibilities. Between our two NYC-based design practices, our teams share an appreciation for simple, accessible products that quietly enhance any environment.

Through conversations with the Craighill team about universal and renewable design, we decided to create something that took form through a subtly distinctive material: cork.

The Cloud Planter is made from agglomerated cork and is designed for planting directly in the vessel, or dropping in any standard 6” plant liner. It features a beveled edge running around the perimeter to reflect light and provide a single crisp detail, and it’s finished with the Lichen and Craighill logos laser etched on the underside.
